Can't visualise your project coming to life and want an insurance policy on your decision-making? Studio Rae offers computer-generated 3D perspectives, stills and walkthroughs of your project, with all accurate materials and colours. Small and Large scale jobs are accepted.

This service is the perfect add on to finish the space, if you're moving in to a new home and need a fresh start, or you've engaged us with a empty palette. We source, order, manage deliveries and complete installs.

From start to finish we are there to design you a cohesive and on brief result. Full home interior design is perfect for those who want large scaled jobs done for them. This package includes all the bells and whistles and is a comprehensive package including all of our services.
full SERVICE interior design
A one off 90 minute consultation. A no strings attached service where we can provide advice and design solutions on the day with a detailed document of our discussions post appointment delivered within 48 hours. If you proceed with any package this up front payment will be deducted from the package price.

Detailed Design Documentation - A comprehensive trade ready document that outlines all drafting plans, custom joinery details, 3D visualisations, specification schedules, product information and more. Ready to hand over to your tradesmen for implementation.
SERVICE DETAILS
Custom Joinery - Stevie-Rae is a joinery expert and can custom design any piece of joinery in your home, elevating your space to be truely unique and fabricated to you. This involves kitchens, entertainment units, wardrobes, vanities and innovative storage solutions.
Procurement and Brokering - We pride ourselves on the strong network we have built through our 4+ years as a company. This means we have solid foundations in place with trusted suppliers and tradesman. Throughout your project we will liaise directly with our reps to ensure you get the best pricing, quality service and results with the products we specify.
3D Visualisation - If you struggle to visualise the design elements, changes or materiality. This is the perfect part of the project for you. We offer 3D perspectives of every room, in scale, with your materials. This demonstrates how every piece of the puzzle comes together and you can see the end result, leaving you excited and confident in our process.
Materiality - From all hard finishes to appliances, fixtures and fittings we look meticulously at all details and pieces, to bring together a cohesive and well-tailored design.
OUR PROCESS
Initial Consultation
Upfront payment upon booking of $450.00
Duration: 90 minutes
Our first of many meetings where we discuss your project, parameters, budgets, requirements, goals and visions. This is where Studio Rae will ascertain if we are the right fit for each other and start building the scope of work, we will set out to complete. You will be presented with a comprehensive Project Proposal to review after this meeting. Once the proposal is signed, we will provide contracts which includes a Services Agreement and Fee Proposal.
If you accept the proposal this fee will be deducted from your overall investment.
Concept Development
Time frame: Approx 2-3 weeks
The concept development phase is where all preliminary work gets completed. Any site parameters are assessed, we look at the design direction and provide 1-2 mood boards to set the scene. Important design elements like layouts are explored and base sketches are played with to develop our ideas.
One revision is included in this phase.
You will be provided with a document that outlines all of this in detail to review and sign, and an invoice before we move to the next phase.
Design Development
Time frame: Minimum 4 weeks
This is the largest part of our process with every aspect taken into consideration. Studio Rae will develop all concepts for each space and finalise floor plans, custom joinery designs, hard material selections, appliances, fittings, colours, soft furnishings and more. We will curate a cohesive and client focussed design that we can bring to life through 3D visuals and detailed documentation that can be provided to our team of trades to construct.
Quoting will be started to develop and analyse budget parameters and we can refine material selections. Specification lists will be provided, detailed drawings of floor plans, elevations, joinery, custom elements and 3D perspectives. We will hold a presentation meeting where all of the design details are discussed, showcased and flat lays organised so you can see all the elements visually come together.
One revision is included in this phase.
The documentation booklet will be provided and need to be signed off on and an invoice submitted prior to moving to the next phase.
Quoting and Procurement
Time frame: Approx 2 weeks.
During this phase, everything that was discussed will be ordered, site check measures completed and trades booked to complete the job. We have a team of highly professional, reliable, insured and licensed trades that complete quality work to ensure our clients receive the best result. Having a team to apply the design and complete this from waterproofing, to creating and installing joinery means there is no lack of communication, liaising with multiple businesses and mix ups with timelines. You can feel safe knowing the team can carry out the entire job from beginning to end with my guidance.
Delivery is and time frames book and managed and site visits undertaken where needed.
Construction
Time frame: Trade, size of project and process dependant
While the team are building your dream, I am managing payments, deliveries, site visits, problem solving when necessary and making sure we are all on track to the finish line.
Handover
Here we celebrate you and your newly finished home.
We will organise to get your place photographed to forever remember the beautiful achievement.
A final invoice will be issued for completion of the project.
